A: We can say with confidence that we have one of the top 5 locations in the development. The unit has been recently
remodeled and renovated. So overall, we would say a solid 9+.
Q: Can you walk to shopping and restaurants?
A: Yes. About a 10 minute stroll takes you to not only some top-rated restaurants but outstanding shopping as well.
Q: How many units are in the complex?
A: Kiahuna Plantation is a remarkably low density project with a little more than 300 units. Our unit is one of only about 30 that
feature proximity to the beach and lawn areas.
Q: Is it quiet?
A: Yes, unless you consider the sound of the waves rolling in.
Q: Can you swim from the beach easily?
A: With a barrier reef located about 1/4 mile from shore, the swimming and snorkeling are excellent and in calm waters.
Q: Is your unit air conditioned?
A: Not by means of an air conditioner, but there are louvered windows on three sides allowing the consistent trade winds of
Hawaii to cool the unit. In addition, there are ceiling fans.
Q: What floor are you on?
A: Ground floor.
Q: Does the unit have an ocean view?
A: Yes, actually, a "white water" view. You can see the surfers ride the waves from our kitchen
and living/dining rooms, as well as our lanai.
Q: What size is the bed?
A: Our unit features a KING SIZE bed.
